The House Built of Flowers, Leaves and Sticks

Katie's been busy creating in the garden.

She has been busy in the garden making a fairy house for her Wee Fairy Folk doll that I made for her and trying to protected it from the nearly 2 year old giant, Loopity Lou.

It's been over two weeks since she built it and the house is still standing!

Little Lou had left it alone.... :)

Way too cute :-)

Katie must be about the same age as Connor (based on them doing the same tests this week, he has issues with a destructive toddler sister as well.

There is something so magical about children building fairy houses out of natural materials. They are so alive!

Thanks for sharing, Anne. You've got a new "follower"--friend. :)

Have a wonderful day.

Oh this is adorable! And I am reminded sadly that my little girl has outgrown this stage. Boys do it differently! It's all about traps and danger!

Fairy house building is such fun! We've got to go spiff ours up after a long winter.
