Katie's been busy creating in the garden.
She has been busy in the garden making a fairy house for her Wee Fairy Folk doll that I made for her and trying to protected it from the nearly 2 year old giant, Loopity Lou.
It's been over two weeks since she built it and the house is still standing!
Little Lou had left it alone.... :)

Katie must be about the same age as Connor (based on them doing the same tests this week, he has issues with a destructive toddler sister as well.

oh, so beautiful. perfect picture about how children see nature - (filled with magic).
There is something so magical about children building fairy houses out of natural materials. They are so alive!

Oh this is adorable! And I am reminded sadly that my little girl has outgrown this stage. Boys do it differently! It's all about traps and danger!
What a perfect house for a fairy! gorgeous!
Fairy house building is such fun! We've got to go spiff ours up after a long winter.
Yours is so sweet!
Ahh I believe some little magic may have stayed the hand of said loopity.
The house it a gem Kate.
What a lovely little cottage for any fairy. Oh, those giant Loopity Lous, such dangerous creatures. ;)
