Florabelle's Cardigan

Finally, after all these years of casting yarn onto needles I did it! I KNITTED A CARDIGAN..... and finished it. I also learnt off You-Tube how to make a button hole. I'm no longer just a scarf knitter. I have fulfilled my 2009 knitting resolution which was to knit either a sock, a cardigan or a jumper. YIPPEE! :)

OK, OK..... I know it's only a doll's cardigan. Maybe for 2010

I'll attempt a full size cardigan and finish the sock I've been working on ....

Florabelle's cardigan, designed by Waldorfmama, is a free pattern from Ravelry and is quick and easy to knit.

Oh your dolly cardigan is beautiful! I learn just about all of my snazzy knitting techniques off 'You Tube' too. Such a great resource.

Oh well done! Now making a bigger cardigan is NO harder its different patterns that make it harder. Once you know the basics, you can do anything! Bravo, you did a great job!

(I actually saw it last night and sent you a silent Bravo! LOL! I was attempting to check blogs on my Itouch and found it so frustrating trying to change pages etc so gave up! I am sooo not into all this new technology..now pass me the knitting needles please! hehe!)
